Habitat data from Barro Colorado Island, Panama. In the abscence of soils data, habitats in this data set are based on elevation data from BCI, and created by dividing quadrats into 4 elevation categories.

A dataframe with 1250 rows and 4 variables: - x,y coordinates at every corner across the plot (xxx in meters from some reference). - elevation at every corner across the plot (xxx in meters from some reference).
